The farm has 2 large 24 x 48 run in sheds and one huge 48x48 foot run in shed, one oval fenced 75 x 200 foot outdoor riding arena, and 1 60ft diameter tall fully enclosed round pen. The main barn has 11 foaling type stalls that are 12x14 each and one heated tack/vet room with a large tub work sink and bathroom and shower facilities. Abundant hay and bedding storage is available. The property is located 2.4 miles from Walgreens at the Winchester bypass which makes it incredibly convenient to Lowes, Tractor Supply, Rural King, Winchester Feed, and Southern States along with plentiful restaurant options.
